WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SIGN UP?
You’ll receive a welcome email with all the details about our journey together and the schedule for our book and writing curriculum. The FB Group will open 21 June on Solstice night!
WHAT ABOUT WRITING MY CHAPTER?
Each week we will connect on Zoom to work on our chapters and there will be lots of supporting PDFs loaded into the FB group, too so you will have access to all that you need to craft your chapter in six weeks and submit it on time.
WHAT ABOUT THE OPENING & CLOSING CIRLCE? They'll both be held on Zoom to set and release the energy for the journey, get to know each other and share our intentions - we're writing about the power of gathering so it feels aligned to embrace it and cast a circle for us collectively.
WHAT IS THE LAUNCH DATE FOR THE BOOK?
Books sometimes feel like they have a mind of their own and their own secret timing of when they want to come out. I released this invitation with the Sagittarius Full Moon last year and the timing for the women who felt the call was not right so we will call this forth this year. When we move from the warm seasons into the cooler months we will have an opening ceremony around the Winter Solstice.
We will write in the dark, inward focused, void of our New Zealand winter and then birth the book into the light - dare alla luce - as the Italians call it - when spring is dawning and we will set the launch date with a closing ceremony around the Spring Equinox and Qstara in late September.
WHAT IF I GET STUCK WITH WRITING?
The writing process is very much about the flow and not being stuck in your head, especially for a chapter that dives into your own story and lived experiences. I've been through this process and helped others with that, so I got you.
WHAT IF I FEEL LIKE I WANT TO WRITE A WHOLE BOOK AFTER THIS JOURNEY?
That is a common thing when an author is part of an anthology. I knew when I started writing my story, that I could not all fit it into the 4,500 word count I had to work with. So I decided to keep going.
There will be an option to continue on the journey with a view towards publishing your very own book and I will share the options of what they will look like with the group around the time we near the end of our journey in this container. There will be a special package for those who want to continue with a timeframe of about six months to write a full 35,000-40,000 word manuscript, have it edited, designed and self-published.
